Latest Update: Mini has teased the 2024 Cooper Electric.

Launch: It could hit the Indian shores by June 2024.

Price: The new Cooper SE is expected to have a starting price of Rs 55 lakh (ex-showroom).

Battery, Motor and Range: The current Cooper SE comes with a 32.6kWh battery pack paired with an electric motor that churns out 184PS and 270Nm with a driving range of up to 270km. The 2024 version could get a bigger battery pack which could give it a range of over 350km.

Features: It could get a bigger touchscreen infotainment system while retaining the features of the current Cooper SE, which gets a digital driver’s display, automatic climate control, heated front seats, height-adjustable driver and passenger seats and a panoramic sunroof.

Safety: Its safety net could include driver and passenger airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), driver assist features and a 360-degree camera.

Rivals: The 2024 Mini Cooper Electric will have no direct rivals in the country.
