Renault kept everyone waiting before revealing the latest SUV Symbioz globally. According to reports, the model, which has a long list of sophisticated features and some cutting-edge technology, was developed on the company’s best-selling product, Duster’s platform.

The car was unveiled to accommodate buyers with big families, giving them extra room and sensible yet comfortable seating. With its petrol-hybrid drivetrain, the recently unveiled Symbioz will sit between the smaller Captur SUV and the larger Austral SUV.

Overall Size

To start with the general dimensions, the Symbioz measures 1,797 mm in width, 4,413 mm in length, and 1,575 mm in height. With its aggressively styled LED headlight setup and striking Day Running Lights (DRLs) that display the company’s new, diagonally shaped badge at the front grill, the SUV has an aggressive appearance from the outside.

The top model has 19-inch alloy wheels, but the SUV also has 18-inch stylish ones. Regarding the rear profile, Symbioz is prominently badged in the center and again features LED treatment.

Interior Details

Entering the cabin, one finds that the four-wheeler shares the same dashboard as the Captur. It boasts a 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system that is oriented in portrait mode and compatible with all car connect technologies, such as wireless Android, Apple, and Auto Carplay.

A 1.6-liter, four-cylinder petrol engine will provide the necessary power for the drivetrain. The unit has two electric motors and a 1.2kWh battery setup on board, and it is matched with a multimodal automatic transmission. It generates 144 horsepower in total output.

Competitor

When it launches, the Nissan Qashqai SUV will be its main rival.
