Hyundai Creta SUV to be released in 2024 Engine variants and color options revealed
The much-anticipated launch of the Hyundai Creta facelift in the Indian car market is set to galvanize the
country’s already competitive mid-size SUV segment. Bookings for the 2024 Hyundai Creta have recently opened at 25,000, with the official launch scheduled for January 16.

The Korean automaker has revealed key details about the updated Hyundai Creta ahead of its launch. Given that it is Hyundai’s best-selling model, the company is continuing to bet big on it and is likely to extend its segment dominance through it.
Hyundai Creta was first introduced in India in 2015, and it quickly rose to the top of the still-small-ish segment, which included the Renault Duster and Ford EcoSport at the time. Competitors have made repeated forays and tasted success in recent years. However, the Hyundai Creta has remained on a pedestal thanks to updates and special editions. More than 1.57 lakh Creta units were sold in the market in 2023 alone, and the company has pending orders for another 23,000 units. In total, over 9.5 lakh Hyundai Cretas have been sold in India over the last eight years. The new Creta is expected to build on these strong foundations.

The updated 2024 Hyundai Creta can be reserved at company dealerships or through Hyundai’s online
sales channel, Click to Buy. The deposit is set at rs 25,000.
2024 Hyundai Creta engine and transmission options
The new Creta will feature Hyundai’s 1.5-liter Turbo GDi Petrol engine. While this engine has already been used in a number of other Hyundai models, it is likely to be popular among incoming Creta buyers. Aside from that, Creta will be available with 1.5l MPi petrol and 1.5l U2 CRDi diesel engines. The updated Creta will have six-speed manual, IVT (Intelligent Variable Transmission), seven-speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission), and six-speed automatic transmission options.

The new Hyundai Creta will be spread across as many as seven broad variants. The 2024 Creta will come
in E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, SX (O) variants.
2024 Hyundai Creta colour options
The facelift Hyundai Creta will be available in six mono-tone and one dual-tone color options, including Robust Emerald Pearl (New), Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey, and one dual-tone color option available in Atlas White with Black Roof.

2024 Hyundai Creta vs rivals
The new Creta will compete with the Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, MG Hector, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, and Honda Elevate, among others.
