Price: The Seltos is priced from Rs 10.90 lakh to Rs 20 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom pan-India).

Variants: Kia offers the Seltos in three broad variants: Tech (HT) Line, GT Line and X-Line. The Tech Line is further classified into HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX and HTX+ trims, whereas the GT Line is now offered in two trims – GTX+ (S) and GTX+. The X-Line variant has also received an affordable X-Line (S) variant this festive season.

Colours: It comes  in eight monotone, two dual-tone and one matte colour options: Sparkling Silver, Clear White, Gravity Grey, Pewter Olive, Aurora Black Pearl, Glacier White Pearl, Intense Red, Imperial Blue, Intense Red with Aurora Black Pearl roof, Glacier White Pearl with Aurora Black Pearl roof and Xclusive Matte Graphite.

Seating Capacity: Kia’s compact SUV comes in a 5-seater layout.

Boot Space: The Seltos offers a boot space of 433 litres.

Engine and Transmission: The Seltos facelift comes with three engine choices: a 1.5-litre petrol (115PS/144Nm) paired to a 6-speed manual or a CVT, and a 1.5-litre diesel (116PS/250Nm) mated to either a 6-speed iMT or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The updated Seltos also gets a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (160PS/253Nm), paired with a 6-speed iMT (clutchless manual) and an optional 7-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT).

Features: Features onboard the updated Seltos includes dual 10.25-inch displays (digital driver’s display and touchscreen infotainment), dual-zone climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. It also gets air purifier, ambient lighting, LED sound mood lighting, heads-up display and ventilated front seats.

Safety: Its safety kit includes six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), hill-assist control (HAC), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) like lane-keep assist, forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control.

Rivals: The Kia Seltos goes up against the MG Astor, Hyundai Creta, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Grand Vitara, Citroen C3 Aircross, Honda Elevate and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.

The price of Kia Seltos starts at Rs. 10.90 Lakh and goes upto Rs. 20 Lakh. Kia Seltos is offered in 22 variants – the base model of Seltos is HTE and the top variant Kia Seltos X-Line Diesel AT which comes at a price tag of Rs. 20 Lakh.
